I am a motivated, passionate and enthusiastic, individual, who loves to collaboratively promote positive experiences for students and parents. I am very organized and detail oriented with a genuine love for teaching! MTEL Passing Scores in Reading, Writing, and General Subjects. I have been a qualified communication and language teacher for students with disabilities for 7 years. I have met the state standards for teaching in Massachusetts, and I want to help your student be the best they can be, and set and exceed their goals for success. I have tutored students privately in their home for several years. I've worked with students who are typically developing at their grade level but also students with various disabilities. Every child learns differently and at their own pace, and my goal is to maximize their potential with fun lessons, and by truly getting to know your student. I know that with patience,love, and some applicable study skills/knowledge, your student will find their place and thrive. I will help them take accountability for their learning by really knowing your student for who they are and what they are interested in, and use that to build their academic and/or social proficiency.
